CoE Lead Transformation II

As Head of Transformation Office:

  • You will coordinate the implementation of the projects approved by the Executive Committee, with the responsibility to deliver the agreed scope in the calendar and the budget approved.

  • You will proactively anticipate dependencies and collaboration across the entire organization with the parties that need to contribute to a specific implementation.

  • You will help surface and solve impediments during the lifetime of the projects. You will escalate and present the necessary decisions to enable to best progress of our projects.

  • You will build, approve and supervise the execution of the Transformation budget.

  • You will guard on the Transformation mandate, presenting for the approval of Bank Obeya the initiation of new projects.

  • You will have the responsibility for the organisation of Bank Change Board, the QBR process, QBR meeting and the QBR market place.

  • You will keep the funtional link with the Head Office Tranformation Units (RB & WB), including the handshake and the impediments process.

  • You will coordinate the Agile centre of excellence

  • As a role model you strengthen the “ING way of working” while safeguarding the Orange Code.

  • You create and maintain the cross-cultural collaboration by creating awareness and understanding, leveraging on diversity and by communicating effectively.

More specifically, for 2025, the main KPIs refer to:

  • Execute the transformation portfolio as per committed milestones & Group Transformation requirements

  • Enhance the local Delivery Model

  • Stay within Transformation Budget, except formally approved deviations
