We connect with international corporate clients daily, help them navigate complex processes, and make their banking experience seamless.

Our Pricing & Billing and Cash Management team is a key engine of that journey.

Why this role matters

This team ensures that large international companies can manage their liquidity efficiently and understand the pricing, fees, and interest structures applied to their banking services.

You will work at the intersection of client communication, financial operations, product setup, and regulatory logic, supporting complex processes such as cash pooling, liquidity management, pricing setup, and billing accuracy.

Your work directly impacts:

  • the client’s cash visibility
  • the way their accounts connect globally
  • their pricing agreements and interest rates
  • the accuracy of invoicing and financial reporting

In short: you help clients understand how their money moves - and what they pay for.

What you will be doing

✔ Cash Management – Structuring how clients move their money

You will help clients and internal partners with the setup, modification, and closure of sophisticated cash pooling and liquidity structures, including:

  • Domestic and cross‑border cash pools
  • Multi-bank funding & sweeping
  • Balance and interest set‑off structures
  • Virtual bank account (VBA)
  • Intraday/overdraft limits

Your role is to coordinate, validate input, ensure accuracy, and guide the client through every step.

✔ Pricing & Billing – Making banking costs clear and correct

You will be the go‑to person for everything related to fees, interest, and pricing logic, including:

  • Answering client questions about fees and interest rates
  • Setting up standard and deviated pricing for products and services
  • Cooperating with TS Sales/TSAM on new pricing deals
  • Managing deviated interest rates and preparing client letters
  • Supporting invoice corrections and ensuring accuracy
  • Providing Global Fee Reports
  • Making sure clients understand what they are charged - and why

  • develop deep expertise (pricing and billing, cash management)
  • work closely with other domain specialists (Reporting, Channels, Mandates, Front Office, etc.)
  • stay in direct communication with clients and stakeholders across Europe
  • become a highly trusted specialist

What we are looking for

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn complex banking products
  • Strong analytical mindset, precision, and logical thinking
  • Great communication skills (English is a must)
  • Confidence in talking to clients and internal stakeholders
  • A team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Experience in service/client‑facing roles is an advantage
  • Experience in cash management, pricing, billing, or treasury operations is a bonus - but not required. We will teach you.

Wage (gross)
From 1 768 EUR/month

*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
