Our ING "Making the Difference" Strategy is all about empowering people to stay a step ahead in life and business. And it's important that our Human Resources team can help ING to deliver the strategy. In order to do so, our Human Resources team has a People Vision. We empower our people to perform to their full potential for future and present challenges in ING and beyond.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Support the HRBPs to implement various projects
  • Enable various important people agenda topics to be executed
  • Support concrete initiatives such as mentoring, focus groups, DIB events etc

How to succeed

  • You have strong analytical skills and like working with numbers
  • You are hands-on, proactive, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile. You take things on and make it happen
  • You are social, like to work with various nationalities and expand your network. This role requires you to work a few days per week from our global office in Amsterdam
  • You are proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • You are currently on track in your Bachelor or Master-studies, and you are fully available to help the team during your internship (no graduation assignments)
  • Knowledge of the HR function's key processes would be advantageous
