ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you, if you:

have solid experience with Windows Server and SQL Server environments,
have hands-on experience in operational support within production systems,
have proficiency in PowerShell scripting,
are familiarity with Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines for automation,
have the understanding of lifecycle management, patching, and vulnerability remediation,
have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
have effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Your responsibilities:

perform daily operational tasks (BAU), including monitoring, incident response, and routine maintenance,
handle client requests and service tickets in line with agreed SLAs,
document operational activities and technical procedures according to internal standards,
provide application-level support: identify and remediate vulnerabilities and non-compliances,
participate in recurring application processes (e.g., daily banking open/close routines),
execute lifecycle management tasks: patching, updates, and component maintenance,
automate operational workflows using PowerShell and Azure Pipelines,
continuously improve and optimize existing processes and procedures,
collaborate with development, security, and business teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Information about the squad:

Our team supports dedicated client end to end on Microsoft technologies—primarily Windows Server and SQL Server.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer II”.
