This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Payroll Specialist who excels in a challenging role, working with complex processes and systems that require initiative and strong problem‑solving skills.If youenjoya role where you can use your experience and energy to get stuck in and churn through the work, while at the same time suggesting and contributing ways to improveprocesses,this willdefinitelysuityou. In addition to contributing to preparation ofaccurate, regularfortnightlypay-runs, onany given day,you’llbehandlingvariedenquiriesregardingnew joiners, leavers/separations,back-payments,purchasedleave, novated leasingand more.

Whatyou’lldo

• Process fortnightly and off-cycle payroll

• Reconcile super, PAYG, leave, and overpayments

• Resolve payroll queries 

• Align data between HRIS and Payroll systems

• Improve payroll processes and ensure compliance

• Support international payroll and partner with HR/Central People Services,employeesand other key stakeholders across the business

Whatwe’relooking for

• 5+ years’ payroll experience 

• StrongExcelknowledge

• Skilled in process improvement

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable
