This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Payroll Specialist who excels in a challenging role, working with complex processes and systems that require initiative and strong problemsolving skills.If youenjoya role where you can use your experience and energy to get stuck in and churn through the work, while at the same time suggesting and contributing ways to improveprocesses,this willdefinitelysuityouIn addition to contributing to preparation ofaccurate, regularfortnightlypay-runs, onany given day,you’llbehandlingvariedenquiriesregardingnew joiners, leavers/separations,back-payments,purchasedleave, novated leasingand more.

We invite you to share your profile and be ready todemonstrateyour extensive payroll knowledge and examples of “can-do” attitude, resilience and confidence in juggling competing priorities,managing your time, and picking upnewsystems. Preference is for experience in acomplex,regulated industryand one where legislative knowledgeand complianceis important.As ING HR revolves,this istheperfect time tojoin,makeanimpact and grow your career!  

Whatyou’lldo

  • Process fortnightly and off-cycle payroll

  • Reconcile super, PAYG, leave, and overpayments

  • Resolve payroll queries 

  • Align data between HRIS and Payroll systems

  • Improve payroll processes and ensure compliance

  • Support international payroll and partner with HR/Central People Services,employeesand other key stakeholders across the business

Whatwe’relooking for

  • 5+ years’ payroll experience 

  • StrongExcelknowledge

  • ADPPay-forceand Workdaydesirable

  • Skilled in process improvement 

  • Stakeholder management

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable
