Role overview:

Ensure all lending transactions, amendments, and lifecycle events are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.
Execute drawdowns, repricings, and related activities across syndicated, bilateral, and agency lending structures.
Manage ongoing lifecycle events such as rate resets, fee calculations, and interest payments.
Coordinate funding requirements—including break‑funding requests—directly with Bank Treasury.

Required Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Solid understanding of lending products including term loans, revolving credit facilities (RCFs), and bilateral, syndicated, and agency transactions.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing time‑sensitive processes and competing priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with loan management systems, operational workflows, and transaction processing environments.
