Lending Transaction Management Expert II

Role overview:

  • Ensure all lending transactions, amendments, and lifecycle events are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.

  • Execute drawdowns, repricings, and related activities across syndicated, bilateral, and agency lending structures.

  • Manage ongoing lifecycle events such as rate resets, fee calculations, and interest payments.

  • Coordinate funding requirements—including break‑funding requests—directly with Bank Treasury.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.

  • Solid understanding of lending products including term loans, revolving credit facilities (RCFs), and bilateral, syndicated, and agency transactions.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing time‑sensitive processes and competing priorities.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with loan management systems, operational workflows, and transaction processing environments.
