ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you, if you:

have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role,
have strong understanding of product lifecycle management,
have an excellent communication and presentation skills,
have ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

You'll get extra points for:

degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred,
experience with Agile methodologies, previous 1-3 years CJE is proffered,
knowledge of software development and web technologies,
familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

conduct market research to identify customer needs for each country,
define product vision and strategy, and create detailed product roadmaps for unified service portal,
preliminary design skills to map out simple flows and product improvement,
collaborate with engineering and senior stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch,
translate business requirements to detailed product feature and prototypes,
monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform future product development,
work with communication teams to raise awareness for new product launch, and ensure a smooth onboarding for all customers.
