ING is seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Program Manager to lead a high‑impact commercial program that lifts performance across the end‑to‑end Mortgages business. In this visible, strategically critical role, you’ll partner with senior leaders, influence cross‑functional teams, and accelerate initiatives that drive commercial value.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and run ING’s Commercial Program, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and commercial performance ambitions.

  • Define and govern program scope, milestones, and operating rhythms, including roadmap, prioritisation, governance, and reporting.

  • Drive commercial performance across pricing, margin, retention, sales/acquisition, credit policy, and profitability.

  • Influence and collaborate across the enterprise, shaping decisions and accelerating execution across diverse senior stakeholders.

  • Promote a high‑performance, commercially disciplined culture, enabling faster execution, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years’ experience in program management or commercial leadership within financial services, ideally mortgages, pricing, credit, or product.

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, with the ability to turn insights into actionable commercial outcomes.

  • Proven success leading complex, cross‑functional programs with multiple workstreams and senior‑level engagement.

  • Expert stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence influencing at executive level.

  • Experience applying both agile and traditional delivery methodologies, balancing short‑term uplift and long‑term strategy.
