Apply now

Are you ready to shape the future of modern workplace technology?
For our team in Amsterdam we are looking for a visionary Chief Product Owner to lead the definition and prioritization of our cloud-native endpoint management landscape, with a strong focus on security, user experience, and scalability.

As Chief Product Owner, you will define and drive the strategic product vision and backlog for endpoint management across our global organization. You’ll work at the intersection of Windows, Windows 365 and cloud-native technologies, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable device experiences for our workforce. You’ll also own the product vision and backlog of our printing services, ensuring they are integrated, secure, and future-proof

The team
Within People and Hubs Workplace Services we are looking for a new Chief Product Owner to cover product vision and backlog for ING Cloud Managed Workplace Services. This comprehends amongst other Windows endpoints, Windows 365 as our Virtual platform and printing services. The CMW Chief Product Owner is part of a global team that is based in The Netherlands, Poland and the Philippines.

Roles and responsibilities
In addition to the foundational responsibilities inherent to the Chief Product Owner role, the following represent some of the key areas of accountability within this domain:

  • 3rd line global support for ~70,000 Windows endpoints and ~3,500 Windows 365 virtual endpoints.

  • 3rd line global support for Print & Scan services in 18 countries and counting.

  • Cloud-native endpoint product vision and backlog for Windows, Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Printing services.

  • Security by design: embedding zero trust principles, compliance, and threat protection across all endpoints.

  • Collaboration with engineering, security, and workplace teams to translate business needs into product features and user stories.

  • Technology roadmap ownership: aligning with architecture on product vision and innovation strategies.

How to succeed
We hire smart people like you for your potential. Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious. Keep learning. Take on responsibility. In return, we’ll back you to develop into an even more awesome version of yourself.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in endpoint management (product vision and backlog), ideally in enterprise environments.

  • Deep familiarity with Windows 365, Intune, and cloud-native frameworks.

  • Experience with printing infrastructure and its integration in modern workplace setups.

  • Have experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., financial institutions).

  • Ability to develop strong and collaborative partnerships with organizational leaders.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field / equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of and experience with IT product vision and backlog methodologies, processes (e.g. Scrum), product lifecycle management and an agile work environment.
