The Financial Engineer (a Dutch-speaking role) provides tailor-made lending solutions to Private Banking clients. These solutions could consist of a combination of products like lombard loans, mortgages, and real estate financing. A Financial Engineer is creative and a substantively strong lending professional. In addition, he or she is convincing and knows how to convey expertise in a passionate way. The Financial Engineer is part of a team that is regionally responsible for the commercial results. This role is available in the regions North West and South West.

Roles and responsibilities
Together with the Relationship and Account Manager and other product specialists, you are responsible for:

  • Realizing sustainable growth of the assets under management, including our lending business
  • Growth of the NPS
  • Knowledge sharing and knowledge development in the lending area; making an active contribution to the development of craftsmanship
  • Proactive in-life management; you have a highly developed professional judgment for this

Specific knowledge and experience:

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in the financial services and servicing investors with custom-made financing solutions
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Academic work and intellectual level
  • True team player who can make a difference and is able to take the lead
  • Demonstrable acquisition and sales skills and a real team player
