Intern – Enterprise Service Management

You will be assisting in onboarding the various business process into ING’s Enterprise Service Management platform. This will be an opportunity for you to learn the various business processes within the company via requirements gathering, process mapping, and conversion to technical stories that the engineers to work on. You will also be assisting in communicating the achievements of the department to the wider organization to highlight our achievements in improving people’s work. The team
We are Enterprise Service Management, a department within Corporate Technology/People & Hubs responsible for managing the ServiceNow GLITS platform and scaling it as a global tool. We provide a workflow and automation solution towards employees & various business domains to help them make their work flow and allow them greater focus to do the things that really matter for the bank and its customers.

Roles and responsibilities
We are seeking an intern to help in supporting our delivering our workflow solutions and various communication activities.

  • Creating process maps to understand how the various business process works.
  • Documenting business requirements gathered from business stakeholders.
  • Communicating the achievements of the ESM chapter to the wider ING community.

  • You are a bachelor or master student in ICT or related studies.
  • You love connecting with different experts, IT professionals, and other professionals.
  • You have a keen interest on learning about business process, and the technologies that drive them.
  • You are independent, ambitious, and result-driven.
  • You are pragmatic, proactive, and enjoy coming up with new ideas.
  • You are fluent in English.
