Intern Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention – Global Strategy & Reporting team
Amsterdam, 36 hours per week

You’ll join the Global Financial Crime Prevention (GFCFP) Strategy & Reporting team, a dynamic and cross-functional group that supports strategic initiatives across the domain. The team works on topics such as organizational design, reporting, communications, and people-related programs including talent development, employee experience, and internal engagement.

As an intern, you’ll contribute to the design, execution, and monitoring of initiatives that enhance employee experience and support strategic talent development. You’ll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, communications specialists, domain leads and the Head of Strategy & Reporting on the overall people agenda for GFCFP.

Responsibilities:

As an intern in the Strategy & Reporting team, you will be actively involved in HR processes and work closely with HR professionals to support talent, development, and employee experience initiatives.

  • Support the design, implementation, and improvement of HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Assist in the coordination and communication of employee experience programs, including engagement surveys, feedback sessions, and well-being initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to analyze employee data and generate actionable insights for talent management and succession planning.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for HR leadership and senior management.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting talent development activities such as mentoring programs, training sessions, and career development workshops.

  • You are currently pursuing a degree (WO or HBO) in HRM, Organizational Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in HR strategy, employee experience, and talent development.
  • You are analytical, proactive, and a strong communicator.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
