What You’ll Do:

As an IT Integrator, you’ll manage and coordinate large initiatives, bridging different parties to achieve results. Your role focuses on project management, IT coordination, and planning, acting on change initiatives that span tribes, products, domains, and global teams. You’ll create and oversee IT implementation plans, ensuring squads are aware of technical interdependencies and coordinating end-to-end execution, including testing.

Your work will directly enhance the digital experience for millions of ING customers across multiple countries, empowering thousands of employees to serve our customers more effectively.

Your Role Includes:

  • Effective Delivery: Plan, report, coordinate, and manage dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, system administrators, business counterparts and management to bring solutions to life.
  • Guidance and Oversight: Coordinate the development process, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.
  • Innovative Analysis: Dive deep into business requirements and transform them into cutting-edge technical solutions.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Find innovative ways to drive progress and remove impediments.

  • IT background

What You Bring:

  • Education: master’s degree in IT (Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Agile Experience: familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Easily connect and align stakeholders at all levels within ING.
