Your day to day

  • Actively contribute to the implementation of the Business Banking long-term business strategy for Larger SMEs and Mid Corporate clients to drive growth, improve competitive positioning, and increase efficiency

  • Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats

  • Prepare strategy presentations for senior stakeholders

  • Create monitoring tools/financial models for the business including sales activity, lending products & processes performance (e.g. activation, re-activation/retention models, product use, customer development

  • Develop optimization models and intelligence for pricing existing and new products based on historical data, market data, and input of commercial teams

  • Monitor lending and non-lending products performance (sales, P&L and other relevant KPIs), identify commercial opportunities, create well-rounded business cases

  • Address the most critical gaps in providing a meaningful customer experience; monitor the development of a roadmap to address root causes and redesign journeys

  • Develop data-driven analyses to surface new opportunities to differentiate and improve products and user experiences, ensuring consistency across lending, digital products, services, and channels.

What you bring to the team

  • Min. university degree, with 4-6 years of experience in developing products/processes/technical solutions

  • Highly analytical and being experienced with data and financial modelling

  • Experienced in senior stakeholders’ strategy presentation, high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Relevant experiences in Front Sales Banking environment, and/or experience in commercialization and/or experience in execution of projects

  • Ability to understand complex business situations and a consultancy mindset towards cracking business problems and opportunities

  • Problem solving attitude and eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

  • Able to work independently and as a team member

  • Experience with digital/automation processes.
