The Mission:
As a Data analyst you will offer your data analytics expertise to our stakeholders, ranging from client insight analytics for CJEs to creating a KPI report for WB MT. You act as the go-to person for questions related to client data and digital data. Next to this, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a self-service data analytics solution, to enable our stakeholders to retrieve and analyse the data themselves. On top of this, you will be help improve our WB MT digitalization KPI dashboard.

Your day-to-day:
Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

  • Design, code, experiment and implement models and algorithms to maximize client experience and business outcomes.

  • Clarify the underlying analytical models and relations to overall business performance, execute quantitative analysis to create relevance for tribes, customer service teams, and front office colleagues.

  • Organize and manage various datasets around CX and digital channels.

  • Manage and optimize various reporting processes, including reporting data feeds from our systems towards DIL.

  • You improve the process around data sharing with our stakeholders, to ensure a higher degree of self-service data analytics and data driven decision making.

  • You manage our vendor Webtrekk for our analytic data on the usage of our digital channels.

  • You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to ensure the various data feeds comply with regulation and policies.

  • You contribute to the ING One Agile Way of Working and safeguard the Orange Code.

What you bring to the team:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analytics or customer research.

  • Excellent understanding of data analytics and takes and stimulates decisions based on data and facts.

  • Experience in managing large-scale datasets from various sources.

  • You are able to visualize data using PowerBI and Excel.

  • You are a pro-active thinker and have strong project- and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to craft findings and recommendations into the business language for your stakeholders;

  • You are an energetic, motivating person who can work as part of a multidisciplinary team and who can also work independently, think and act out of the box and take accountability.

Foreign languages: English (advanced); Dutch/French/Spanish/German are a plus

Education: Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Statistics
