Mission

The Operational Design Control and Resilience, Design Gatekeeping & Reportingteam, as part of COO Domain, is looking for anODCR NFR Reporting Officer. If you are looking for a position with a significant contribution and impact towards 1st LoD Non-Financial Risk by supporting business lines  on strategic development and implementation under challenging environment where your work can make impact, then we are looking forward to meeting with you.

Your work activities will mainly focus on providing support for risk identification, measurement, monitoring and reporting on the non-financial risks, acting like a linking pin for all stakeholders involved (local and global) enabling an effective and efficient non financial risk management.

Your day to day

  • Support ODCR manager/coordinator to design and implement annual calendar for 1st LoD  NFR

  • Prepare reporting, training and communications for various key stakeholders/ employees (eg: NFRD, Issue& action tracking, Control monitoring plan, iRisk training etc)

  • Managing ad-hoc requests for data analysis and system process flow analysis in order to support business and management on reaching non-financial risk compliancy

  • Active involvement in the monitoring of non-financial risk activities and support management in the development of remediation plans (if case)

  • Ensures continuous monitoring on data quality in used applications (eg: iRisk)

  • Initiate/ active involvement in the improvement of systems and processes in ODCR area (eg: create business requirements, perform testing and support implementation)

  • Support non-financial process control design and implementation by considering effectiveness, efficiency and customer experience

  • Participate in the elaboration of procedures, manuals, methodologies related to Non-Financial Risk and support proposals for updating    and improving them when necessary

  • Support business lines on embedding and managing NFR  compliance in the performance of day-to-day activities and to facilitate effective decision making.

  • Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with all levels of management, consultants and global communities and making decisions concerning the scope of work to be performed based on risks

  • Continue focus on efficiencies and  suggest/implement improvements

What you bring to the team

  • You have excellent analytical skills, including re-engineering of existing processes, understanding of data enrichments and logic both in end user computing solutions as well as core banking systems

  • You are proficient in advanced MS Excel functionalities (able to construct complex analyses and formulas) or other program for processing information and relational database(eg: SQL); BI reporting expertise is a plus

  • You have good understanding of non -financial risk and risk reporting as well as of the drivers of our business

  • You have a collaborative work style and ability to work with a variety of people/functional areas resulting in high quality and timely deliverables

  • You are able to communicate in a clear way the why, what and when and know how to generate inspiring communiques, presentations reports in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • You have an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and written (mandatory)

  • You have the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment, juggle competing priorities and combine a sense of urgency with due care and attention to details and synthesis capacity;

  • You are organized and can provide structure and maintain focus on the full picture having ability to prioritize, manage work load efficiently and being flexible to react to changing priorities

  • You take initiative pro-actively picking up tasks

  • You have at least a Bachelor level of education

  • Preferable min 3 years of experience in non-financial risk support activities or 5 years operational and/ or reporting on banking activities banking experience.
