Your Tasks

When it comes to ServiceNow, you are a pro: developing processes and data models, configuring workflows and providing APIs – you know which approaches are the best for our ITSM (keyword best practices). And because you know that efficient processes are based on clean data, you support the creation of error and quality reports. Thanks to your experience, you confidently administer our monitoring and implement adjustments to the IT service management tools. Together with the process owners, you work on the optimal process design and adjust it again and again until the workflow is perfect. Furthermore, you further develop monitoring applications together with the IT team and lead partial projects.

Your Profile

  • Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the development of IT processes, business applications, workflows, data models, and APIs in the ServiceNow platform
  • First practice in administration and 1st / 2nd level support of ServiceNow
  • Fit in Unix and Windows environments and database systems as well as basic knowledge in scripting languages (Java)
  • Customer-oriented, resilient and committed
  • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
  • Confident in spoken and written German and English
