Citizen Development Intern (Part Time)



ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you, if you:

  • currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Communications, Digital Media, UX/UI, or related field,
  • proficiency in graphic design tools,
  • experience with video editing software,
  • familiarity with SharePoint,
  • a passion for digital tools, user experience, and clear communication,
  • strong attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.

You’ll get extra points for:

  • Interest in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate),
  • basic understanding of internal communications or knowledge management,
  • prior experience designing for corporate or professional environments.


Your responsibilities:

Content Creation (SharePoint):

  • design, write, and publish engaging content for our Citizen Development SharePoint hub,
  • regularly update internal documentation, success stories, onboarding materials, and knowledge base articles,
  • collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into user-friendly language.

Video Editing & Media Production:

  • edit and produce short videos to showcase project success stories, tutorials, and internal training materials,
  • work with team members to plan, script, and storyboard video content,
  • ensure all video content aligns with branding guidelines and accessibility standards.

Design & UX:

  • contribute to the design and user experience of CoE internal platforms, learning materials, and communication assets,
  • create visual materials (infographics, slide decks, UX mockups) that make complex information simple and engaging,
  • gather and apply feedback to improve usability and consistency across all assets.

Information about the squad:

As a member of the Citizen Development Center of Excellence (CoE) you'll be responsible for enabling automation capabilities at scale for ING. This domain is instrumental in empowering our workforce, increase efficiency, and bring transparency to business operations and remain in control of our NoCode environment.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Intern I”.
