Join Us as a Talent Acquisition Intern at ING Luxembourg!

Starting March 2026 | 6‑month internship minimum | School convention required

At ING Luxembourg, we’re building a workplace where everyone feels welcome, valued, and empowered to contribute. We warmly encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, people from diverse communities, and applicants with disabilities or neurodiverse conditions.

We’re now looking for a curious, motivated intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team. If you're excited about recruitment, eager to learn how HR works from the inside, and ready to contribute to projects that shape the employee experience, this internship is for you.

While your main focus will be on recruitment and onboarding, you will also get a glimpse into ING’s broader strategic HR topics such as talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our HR department, you will contribute to the smooth experience of candidates, trainees, and new joiners. You’ll also support several HR initiatives that play a key role in growing our people and culture.

🔸 Talent Acquisition – Your Main Playground

  • Participate in the full recruitment cycle for trainees: meet managers, draft and publish job offers, screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate follow‑up with hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding of new joiners: prepare agreements, manage administrative steps, welcome newcomers, and contribute to onboarding presentations.
  • Assist with operational recruitment activities: mailbox management, security checks, interview logistics, and more.

🔸 Employee Experience & HR Operations

  • Manage administrative tasks with care and accuracy: form handling, document collection, employee file updates.
  • Help organize HR events and initiatives such as Recruitment Forums with Universities and Business Schools.

🔸 Internal Mobility & Communication (Bonus Exposure!)

You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Talent & Learning on internal communication activities and campaigns linked to internal mobility, including creative work using tools like Canva, PowerPoint or AI‑driven platforms.

Who You Are

Skills & Behaviors

  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, and reliable.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Strong writing skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of visual communication tools (Canva, SharePoint...) is a real plus.

Experience & Background

  • You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business, economics, human sciences, law, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR is appreciated but not required.
  • Students passionate about marketing, communication, or web design are also welcome — your creativity will be valued!

Languages

  • Good knowledge of French and English is required.

Why Join Us?

  • You’ll learn by doing, not by watching.
  • You'll work in a supportive and caring HR team that values initiative and authenticity.
  • You’ll get meaningful exposure to the realities of modern HR in a dynamic international bank.
  • Your ideas will matter — from improving candidate experience to enhancing internal communication.
