Its various teams consist of specialists with extensive know-how in their field. Not only are they trained in the latest financial management techniques, but they can also rely on the commercial relations and experience of a large international group.

With over 54,000 colleagues working in 40 countries around the world, we provide financial services to around 65 million customers. We like our world, we like its people and we do business the responsible way. And we welcome talented minds that think alike.

Could you bring better banking to millions of people?

The Wholesale Banking Track of the ING International Talent Program introduces you to a dynamic, competitive and international environment. In doing so, it prepares you for a career as a far-sighted banker, able to truly understand your client’s business.

Starting with a challenging orientation phase of 18 months, you are assigned to high profile projects or jobs in different areas. After that, you move on to your first position with ING Bank.

Get to know Wholesale Banking ... then reinvent it.

The Wholesale Banking Track will give you a thorough introduction to the fundamental aspects of this area of operations. This will include producing high quality credit analyses, managing customer relations and making detailed appraisals for corporate clients. You will be assigned to specific projects before moving on to your first position with ING Bank.

What’s in it for you?

This track allows you to combine commercial instincts with analytical skills such as assessing marketing data and process flows. Get the combination right and you could soon be heading for a management position.

Finally, you will join a wholesale banking department in another entity in the ING Group. (Bruxelles, Amsterdam, London...).

What are the requirements?

To apply for the IITP you should have a recent Master’s degree and a maximum of two years of work experience. You must be fluent in English and French. But the IITP is about more than qualifications. Because what we’re really looking for is a stand-out capacity for leadership. You should be customer-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.  You have a healthy dose of passion and are a real team player.
