We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Data Expert to join our Data Oversight Delivery Area Team of Data Management Tribe Spain.

The responsibility of this team is to ensure delivery and compliance with regulatory reporting obligations and global initiatives, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Making things happen, helping others be successful, always being one step ahead—that’s our DNA.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Data Expert you will:

As a key member of a squad, you will provide a broad knowledge on ING products, services, channels, and Regulatory Reporting.

You are part of thedelivery team to define functional requirements, participation in testing and support before the Go-live.

You control the process of Regulatory and Global reporting, solve the incidents in case of errors, provide the information and help to the support teams or the providers.

You identify the products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs, use personal expertise to propose quantities and product configurations. You represent the voice of the internal customer  improving the processes.

You are responsible for improving the service with an end-to-end mindset, for the day-to-day performance, for building reliable business operations and services, and for connecting it with internal or external parties.

You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.

Master or bachelor’s degree between 3/6 years of experience managing complex projects.

Be able to translate customer feedback into improvements of our digital journeys.

IT affinity: understand how the customer journeys connect to the underlying IT landscape, incl. the technical dependencies on components owned by other Tribes; and communicate with, and where necessary challenge, the IT developers and architects.

Strong effective presentations skills.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong English is a must have.

Remote Collaboration: be adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.

Cross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy: Being aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environment.

Adaptability: be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and time zone differences.

Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project execution.

Deadlines Management: Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.

Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may arise

La responsabilidad de este equipo es garantizar la entrega y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de reporting regulatorio y de iniciativas globales, ofreciendo desarrollos de alta calidad basados en Agile Methodology. Tus responsabilidades claves:

Como Digital Data Expert deberás:

• Como miembro clave de un squad, aportarás un conocimiento amplio sobre productos, servicios, canales y Regulatory Reporting de ING.
• Formarás parte del equipo de entrega para definir requisitos funcionales, participar en pruebas y dar soporte antes del Go-live.
• Controlarás el proceso de reporting regulatorio y global, resolverás incidencias en caso de errores, proporcionarás información y ayuda a los equipos de soporte o proveedores.
• Identificarás los productos o servicios que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades expresadas por el cliente, utilizando tu experiencia para proponer cantidades y configuraciones de producto. Representarás la voz del cliente interno mejorando los procesos.
• Serás responsable de mejorar el servicio con una mentalidad end-to-end, del rendimiento diario, de construir operaciones y servicios fiables, y de conectarlos con partes internas o externas.
• Colaborarás con personas de Risk, Compliance y Legal para asegurarte de que nuestros productos y servicios cumplen con la normativa y las políticas.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Grado o Máster y entre 3 y 6 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos complejos.
• Capacidad para traducir el feedback del cliente en mejoras de nuestros digital journeys.
• Afinidad con IT: comprender cómo los customer journeys se conectan con el IT landscape subyacente, incluidas las dependencias técnicas de componentes propiedad de otras Tribes; y comunicarte con, y cuando sea necesario desafiar, a los desarrolladores y arquitectos IT.
• Fuertes habilidades para realizar presentaciones efectivas.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad para comunicarte tanto con audiencias técnicas como no técnicas.
• Inglés fluido, imprescindible.
• Remote Collaboration: habilidad para colaborar con miembros del equipo en diferentes zonas horarias y contextos culturales.
• Cross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy: ser consciente de las diferencias culturales dentro del equipo offshore fomenta un entorno de trabajo positivo y armonioso.
• Adaptability: ser flexible y adaptable a circunstancias cambiantes y diferencias horarias.
• Prioritization: fuertes habilidades para priorizar y garantizar que el equipo se centre en ofrecer resultados de alto impacto.
• Risk Management: identificar riesgos potenciales en un entorno offshore e implementar medidas para mitigarlos asegura una ejecución más fluida del proyecto.
• Deadlines Management: gestionar eficazmente el tiempo y los plazos para mantener el desarrollo en curso y entregar el producto dentro de los tiempos previstos.
• Stakeholder Management: implicar y gestionar a las personas interesadas de manera efectiva para lograr resultados exitosos.
• Problem-Solving: sólidas habilidades para resolver problemas que permitan abordar retos y obstáculos que puedan surgir.
