The Retail Banking Operations in ING’s largest shared services organization (ING Hubs Philippines) is growing rapidly – delivering processing and contact center services to our banks globally. Key Responsibilities:
• Migrate and restructure content into Confluence spaces and pages according to established templates and guidelines.
• Ensure consistent formatting, naming conventions, and tagging (labels) across all pages.
• Collaborate with content owners and subject matter experts to clarify or update content as needed.
• Optimize content for readability and navigation within the Confluence ecosystem.
• Identify outdated, redundant, or irrelevant content and flag for archiving or deletion.
• Maintain clear documentation of the migration process and track progress
• Provide basic training or support to team members on using Confluence, if necessary.


Requirements:
• Experience working with Atlassian Confluence (structuring pages, using macros, templates, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and editing abilities.
• Comfortable with large volumes of documentation and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to think and work independently
• Pragmatic person, can find himself / herself the correct solutions to create the articles
• Has knowledge on Systran / Copilot, these are tools that will help to create the MyNavigator content


Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Basic understanding of information architecture or UX writing.
• Experience with technical documentation or knowledge base development.
• Familiarity with HTML or CSS for minor formatting adjustments (not required, but useful)
