Organisational context
As part of COO Operational Design, Control & Resilience, the team Resilience & Continuity is pivotal for our success. You will work in an enthusiastic international team consisting of 12 colleagues to meet the objective of the Resilience & Continuity team: to contribute to a successful delivery of ING's Operational Resilience strategy. Keeping the bank safe, secure and compliant is the core of what we do. Our team is very ambitious, but we also find it very important that we work together in a pleasant and friendly manner.
What you will do:
- Work together on defining and implementing operational resilience strategy, focusing on Global Business continuity management, Global Crisis management, and Resolution
- Engage with the key stakeholders from across Tech, Business and countries to understand the specifics of Operational Resilience; acting as the brand ambassador for Operational Resilience.
- Orchestrate and manage the complex change that needs to be driven across countries, business lines and functions with focus on Operational Resilience; helping ease the journey for the countries by providing communication and guidance.
- Bring transparency, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate decision making, deal with impediments, manage and engage stakeholders
- Translate the business requirements into specific functional requirements and use cases for the OpRes tool
- Maintain and own the OpRes tool backlog
What we are looking for:
- Experience in dealing with content related change in an international context and collaborating across borders and cultures (across tribes, countries and functional lines)
- High resilience, the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage complexity
- Proactive, a can-do mentality, a positive mind-set and organisational sensitivity
- A customer focus and the ability to build trust and engagement with key stakeholders at senior levels in the bank
- Excellent level of English
