Senior Workplace Services Intune Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve services as part of a cross-border squad, ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Manage SaaS vendors and feature releases, particularly around Intune and modern workplace tools.
  • Support and develop automated deployment via PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
  • Provide technical support and participate in global 24/7 standby rotation.
  • Participate in and contribute to a strong security-first mindset in system design and operations.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels to design and implement efficient digital solutions.
  • Contribute to future-proofing the environment by automating, simplifying, and innovating systems.

Key Capabilities/Experience

  • Microsoft 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience managing workplace services based on M365, including Intune.
  • Automation Skills: Proficient in PowerShell and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with SaaS and endpoint management in a cloud-based environment.
  • Service Mindset: Strong understanding of user experience and satisfaction drivers.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and develop scalable solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with diverse, international stakeholders.
  • Presentation & Communication: Able to convey complex topics to a variety of audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience on the related role
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, PowerShell scripting, Azure DevOps, and cloud services
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Intune, MS-500, SC-300) is a plus.
