Machine Learning Engineer

Our team applies advanced analytics—including machine learning, quantitative algorithms, and data mining techniques—to deliver business insights and solve complex problems across the organization. We are actively involved throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial design to final implementation. Our stakeholders span all areas of the bank, including business, risk, retail, and corporate banking.

The Role: As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust, production codebase that supports the creation and implementation of ML models. You will train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models tailored to various business needs. Additionally, you will develop tools to enhance data accessibility and support a more data-driven organization.

Required Qualifications:

·3+ years of professional experience with Python in production environments

·Strong proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, numpy)

·Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing

·Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and Git workflows

·Proven experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production

·Strong data handling and feature engineering skills

·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

·Active portfolio of public projects on GitHub/Azure or similar platforms

·Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps tools)

·Experience in the financial services or banking sector

·Knowledge of model risk management and regulatory requirements
