Détails du poste

It’s an exciting time to grow your career with ING, Australia’s most recommended bank, in 2025.

We're looking for an experienced Organizational Change and Delivery Capabilities Lead to join our high-profile Transformation and Change team.

As a senior leader in the Transformation and Change function you will be responsible for building, leading, maintaining and evolving enterprise delivery and change capability. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth, development, and achievement of strategic objectives.

You will lead and evolve a multi-disciplinary team of organisational delivery and change and capability experts to design, evolve and embed organisational delivery and change disciplines.

What you’ll do …

  • Ensure alignment with ING’s global and local change policies by embedding consistent delivery standards, methods, and tools (e.g. QBRs, Obeya, PACE) across the end-to-end change ecosystem.

  • Introduce and tailor industry-leading governance frameworks, tools, and templates to ING’s context, ensuring consistent application of delivery and change management methodologies.

  • Collaborate with global and local experts to provide scalable training, coaching, and self-service resources that empower teams to lead and deliver change effectively.

  • Partner with HR, Tribes, COEs, CIO, and Finance to evolve the delivery operating model, support cross-skilling, and build high-performing chapters and guilds.

  • Build a strong network of delivery professionals through forums and events, promote innovation in tools and practices, and ensure optimal resource allocation aligned with strategic priorities.

What we’re looking for…

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of 10+ within large, matrixed organizations, driving alignment and performance.

  • Hands-on experience implementing operating model and organizational changes on a scale, with a strong foundation in change management and communication planning.

  • Background in Enterprise PMO, Transformation Office, or as a Community of Practice/Chapter Lead, with 5–10 years in project delivery and governance, ideally in finance or tech domains.

  • Strong ability to drive change through planning, alignment, and stakeholder management across domains, supported by excellent communication skills that build commitment.

  • Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management, and formal change management frameworks such as Prosci, applied effectively in enterprise settings.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or finance or relevant discipline.

What’s in it for you?

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance.

  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing.

  • An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity.
