Job Overview

Join ING Retail Tech PH as a ServiceNow Engineer where you will be part of a cross-functional team of talented individuals. Together, your team will work with the latest technologies to innovate and develop solutions. You will report to a Chapter Lead who will guide your professional development and help you reach your full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Development and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements and best practices
Integration of ServiceNow to other systems/platforms via API, web services, or orchestration
Troubleshooting and resolution of functional, performance, and/or security-related issues
Upgrade and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and integrations
Collaboration with other developers, product managers, testers, and stakeholders
Keeping up-to-date with latest ServiceNow features and trends
Contribute to the team’s growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing

Key Capabilities/Experience (Minimum Qualifications)

Must Have

At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow professional (CSA/CAD)
Experience working with products/modules such as ITSM, GRC, and BCM
Basic knowledge with JavaScript
Worked with Agile/Scrum and DevOps environment
Familiarity with Azure DevOps features and/or similar tools (Boards, Pipelines, Repos)

Good to Have

Configuring Kafka instances
Working with Linux-based environments
