Workday Integration Specialist



ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with Workday integrations and are ready to take the next step in your career, this could be a great fit!

We’re looking for you if you have:

  • Solid experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.

  • Familiarity with Workday Studio and basic understanding of Payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF).

  • Experience supporting inbound/outbound integration issues and making changes to existing integrations.

  • Ability to perform routine support and regression testing of interfaces.

  • Understanding of data governance and attention to data quality.

  • Experience with incident management and integration monitoring.

  • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

You’ll get extra points for:

  • Workday Integration certification (Service Partner or Customer).

  • HR functional knowledge.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Workday integration issues and monitoring (AMS activities).

  • Assist in designing and developing new integration systems.

  • Perform administrative tasks related to integrations, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades.

  • Help maintain a stable and well-controlled systems environment.

This role is ideal for someone with solid Workday experience who’s looking to deepen their technical skills and work closely with international stakeholders.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
