Senior Data Analyst in Regulatory Reporting Team

We are looking for you if:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Sciences, or alike, and/or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience working in a bank or financial institution
  • Experience in regulatory reporting (Pillar III, Basel IV)
  • Min. 3 years of experience working in data analytics
  • Broad experience with experience working with SQL, SAS/4GL
  • Curious and analytical mindset
  • High level of proactiveness and taking initiative
  • Prioritisation and planning skills
  • Strong collaborative team player, working within and across multiple virtual teams on reporting projects
  • Broad knowledge of data management, relation databases, data modelling
  • You know how to identify problems, put facts and ideas together in order to find solutions
  • Great English communication and presentation skills - verbal and written communication

You'll get extra points for:

  • Experience in working with Agile / Scrum
  • Hands on experience in VBA

Your responsibilities:

  • Data analysis and preparation of reports
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes
  • Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
  • Identification of multiple data sources
  • Preparation of the final analysis reports for the stakeholders
  • Analysis of the internal and external regulations
  • Functional documentation preparation
  • Help grow regulatory expertise within the team

Information about the squad:

  • We are looking for specialists / experts to join the Reporting and Analytics (Chapter) team to support the processes of building management reports in the area of finance and risk. We combine knowledge of credit risk and advanced data processing. We have extensive knowledge of the Bank's processes, which enables us to understand and interpret data for the purposes of reporting. We work in an international environment, we use English on a daily basis (written and spoken). Our work focuses on data analysis and preparing it for reporting.
