  • Project & Process Management: you bring structure, planning, and execution to HR initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Communication & influence: you engage stakeholders with confidence, challenge constructively, and drive alignment.

Choose Your Path – Explore Our HR’s Pillars

The International Talent Programme (ITP) in HR consists of three rotations, each lasting six months. Our HR track is built around three core pillars:

During the programme, you will be exposed to at least two of these pillars (HR Business Partnering or HR Expertise and Employee Experience & Operational Excellence). allowing you to explore different facets of HR and build a well-rounded foundation for your future career. Depending on your interests and aspirations, you can tailor your journey to focus more deeply on one area while gaining valuable experience in another.

Each path is designed to help you select teams that align with your goals and support your development toward a permanent role. Along the way, you’ll build the skills and capabilities needed for the role you aim to grow into, ensuring a strong match between your development and your future destination.
