Director's Assistant



We are looking for you if:

  • You have highly developed organizational skills,
  • You are able to independently set priorities and drive towards set goals,
  • You have professional experience on a similar position min 2 years,
  • You are able to work multi-tasking,
  • You are reliable and precise,
  • You are an open and communicative person and you like working with people,
  • You are a fast learner and like new challenges,
  • You are able to work under time pressure in a dynamically changing environment,
  • You have a university degree,
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office,
  • You speak English at least at B2 level.

Your responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Day-to-day tasks (e.g. communication with staff, circulation of documents, meeting notes, organisation of business trips)
  • Additional tasks assigned by the supervisor (e.g. preparation of presentations, documents, organisation of training/integration/events)
