In ING we are looking for a KYC specialist

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic KYC Specialist to join our KYC Operations Team of KYC Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to ensure bank-wide compliance with laws and regulations relating to knowing our customers and mitigate the risks of financial, economic crimes and tax offenses.

Your key responsibilities:

As KYC specialist you will be involved in coordination of KYC framework, ensuring the adequate level of compliance with KYC requirements taking into consideration local and global regulation, consisting on:

  • Coordination of the global KYC program at local level
  • Complete GAP and Impact analysis of the new requirements (local and global)
  • Ensure that local Policies are updated and fully compliance.
  • Reporting to group and regulator different systematic and/or ad hoc reports (dashboards, data requirements, risk assessments…).
  • Monitor and follow up of the KYC framework regulatory backlog and issue management.
  • Monitoring KYC processes (CDD, screening, TM, Exit), Design and follow up of KYC training plan.
  • Coordination of OCI and KYC Committee meetings.
  • Support business lines in new initiatives
  • Support external and internal KYC audits.

  • University Degree
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Analytical skills
  • Good team member
  • 2 years of experience in KYC area
