Our Client Services department is responsible for the daily operational support of our Austrian corporate clients. You’ll be part of an international team assisting client support in matters related to current accounts, payments, electronic banking, issuance of various types of confirmations, statements, other operational tasks.

How will you be contributing to ING?

  • You will support our team servicing corporate SK and CZ clients with their queries,
  • You will provide direct support to our corporate clients in banking operational workflow topics
  • You will play an essential role in continuously improving our client satisfaction
    by providing superior client experience,
  • You will communicate with clients in Slovak and English languages
    to build up relationship with them,
  • You will be cooperating and partnering with other internal teams across Europe,

• has organizational, planning and time management skills
• coordinates activities
• is client-oriented, patient, and attentive with clear and positive communication skills

• speaks on advanced level Slovak and English
• has attention to detail and able to recognize important information,
• is flexible and comfortable in a fast-changing dynamic environment

• is team player

• uses MS Office

Wage (gross)
