Lead Procurement Transformation

Presenta la candidatura

Dettagli del lavoro

An opportunity to join the Global Procurement Bank (GPB) as Transformation lead, managing the transformation of the existing procurement organisation to become best in class.

This role is created to enable more focus on the management of Procurement’s global transformation project portfolio across all (global & regional) procurement teams and the day-to-day operations of the function.

The successful candidate will set up a program structure to define, establish, monitor and support transformation projects in line with the evolution of Procurement. Whilst coordinating program activities across the procurement leadership community and other functional domains to ensure smooth implementation. More broadly the candidate will support the CPO in defining transformational projects and a roadmap to grow ING procurement towards a best-in-class procurement organization.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and in delivering significant transformation programs in complex global organisations. We are looking for a team player who can drive topics independently with a bias to action; someone comfortable leading indirect teams with the required/necessary skillset dependent on the nature of the project, bringing clarity to complex topics and being quick to adapt when new information comes available.
