A day in the life of a FCP member

● The purpose of the KYC Operations is to keep ING Belgium’s business safe and

compliant with local and international regulations, while keeping a focus on the

easiness and transparency for the client.

● Your day consists of thorough investigations into clients to assess their risk levels

this in line with regulatory and policy standards, this with a high quality and timely

completions of the client’s due diligence requirements, all whilst working closely together with relevant stakeholders within ING.

● The determination of the risk level of the clients is done through reviewing customer

documents, conducting & writing risk assessments, clear and customer focused

communication with customers & customer owners.

● To be successful, you need attention to detail, critical thinking, strong analytical

skills and a good understanding of the regulatory requirements and the FCP Policy.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled FCP Analyst for Private Banking to

join our team. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker with strong  communication skills, an eye for detail, and analytical abilities. Knowledge of private

banking PI, LE & PEP requirements is beneficial, along with medium CTI proficiency. Based on your knowledge level we will equip you with the necessary training needs to make you a full-fledged analyst in no time. The successful candidate will thrive in autonomy, actively contributing ideas and providing constructive feedback. They will be a team player, collaborating closely with client and relationship managers, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills and good interpersonal skills.

Operational excellence is paramount. The ideal candidate will be resilient, solution-oriented,

and adept at handling challenges. They will possess an analytical mindset and be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

In addition, the FCP Analyst will excel in complex case management and knowledge

transfer capabilities. They will have a quick comprehension and uptake of policies and

tooling, facilitating seamless integration into the team. As this role demands meeting

demanding KPIs, the successful candidate will share expertise and guidance within his team, receiving input and help from his/her teammembers in return.

Skills Needed:

● Dutch or French and English

● Understanding of PI, LE and PEP client segments

As a FCP Analyst for Private Banking you will have the opportunity to:

● Be in direct contact with clients and relationship managers
