Do you dispose of…

  • Understanding of communication tools and techniques
  • Event experience and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral;

·Fluency in Dutch, French or English and good command of the other languages

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel);

·Project management and problem-solving skills

·Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously

·Attention to detail and focus

·A collaborative and team-mindset

·Flexibility and proactivity in taking on assignments and responsibilities

·An eager to learn

Then you are the one we are looking for!

Your responsibilities:

·Build stories for internal communication channels including intranet, internal screens, all staff mailings, etc.

·Designing, follow up and facilitate employee events (set objectives, execute events, coordinate measurement and follow-up).

·Follow and challenge the production of internal videos (briefing, shooting, postproduction with external or internal supplier)

·Propose creative ideas to generate employee engagement and company pride

·Assist with ad-hoc internal communications projects

·Support the internal communications team on a daily basis

·Any other project, based on our needs and your preferences or experience.
