Mission

Your mission will be to enable retail sales performance management by delivering advanced reporting tools and up-to-market data solutions, drive business KPIs through precise analytics and actionable insights. You will play a key role in empowering data-driven decisions that optimize sales strategies, enhance efficiency and support sustainable growth across all sales channels.

Your day to day

  • Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for retail sales performance management.
  • Key role in data migration projects, ensuring accuracy of business requests documentation, integrity, and security throughout the process.
  • Draft clear business requirements for databases, data visualization and reporting solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Monitor and analyze retail sales KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to support business objectives.
  • Create automated workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Retail Tribes, IT, Data) to ensure seamless integration of new tools and data sources.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support strategic decisions and commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards in all reporting and migration activities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technology updates (including AI data driven analysis tools), recommending improvements to reporting models and data management practices.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations that drive data-driven decisions.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting exercises by delivering accurate and timely data insights.
  • Act as a key enabler for business KPIs, ensuring that performance management tools align with strategic goals.

What you bring to the team

  • University Degree
  • Power BI expertise — advanced dashboards, DAX and data modeling to create impactful reporting tools, intuitive visual storytelling that turns complex sales KPIs into decisions.
  • Advanced SQL skills — ability to extract, transform, and validate data from complex sources.
  • Business ownership mindset — act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for data-related initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Competence in drafting business requests for sales performance management — translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements for databases and reporting processes.
  • Data testing and validation skills — ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data outputs.
  • Vision to connect the dots — design effective data usage processes that optimize performance management and support KPI delivery at sales channel level.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking — interpret data trends, identify opportunities, and propose improvements that drive business impact.
  • Strong communication and collaboration — engage confidently with stakeholders across Sales, Retail Tribes, BI, and IT to influence decisions and ensure smooth execution.
