Within the Center of Expertise Fraud, we perform a variety of activities that all contribute to supporting the members and the Leadership Team (LT) in the SuperCircle to be able optimally do their job. Some of these activities include HR onboarding, Change Consultancy, Finance control & management, Quality management, Reporting & Dashboarding, Forecasting & Planning.

What does the Center of Expertise look like?

You will be joining a team of 16 people divided into 5 pillars. The Quality Assurance Squad consists of 3 Quality experts, the objections team consisting of 5 members, the Improving Squad with 3 Employee journey & Change Consultants, the Squad Analytics with 3 data analysts en the WFM squad with 3 workforce management members.

Each squad works independently on their own backlog, derived from the Quarterly QBR. But since there are quite some intra-squad dependencies, alignment within the CoE is very important. Every 2 weeks there is a sprint change, ending with a demo for our stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

• Independently handle medium and large change requests.
• Taking on complex recurring periodic activities: supervising IT changes to systems that we use.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary processes together with other teams from the Tribe.
• Prioritizing the work within the pillar, but also between the pillars (much of the work is done in support of other pillars).
• Product owner activities (including optimizing the division of work within and between the pillar(s), sparring partner of LT (regarding prioritization and substantive choices and progress).
• Stakeholder management within the SuperCircle and the Tribe.
• Setting up learning & development for our members. Talent policy.
• Change management: Involved in building & maintaining applications.
• Creativity to design new employee journeys and customer journeys.
• Providing Demos, Roadmap sessions.
• Coaching other colleagues in the CoE (including on projects / change requests).

What do we expect from you?

• You are analytically strong and make decisions based on data and facts.
• You to take on the role of consultant around your expertise.
• You have several years of work experience in this work field.
• You continue to develop yourself, both as a person and a professional.
• You get a lot of energy from creating insights and translating these insights into concrete improvement suggestions for the Center of Expertise or for the SuperCircle.
• You like working in a dynamic environment with changing stakeholders.
• You drive continuous improvement in your team.
• You endorse the values of ING and are willing to commit to the Banking Oath.

• HBO/WO diploma.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language.
• Advanced Project Management and Lean experience.

Binnen het Center of Expertise van Fraude voeren wij uiteenlopende activiteiten uit die allemaal bijdragen aan het ondersteunen van de members en het Leiderschapsteam (LT) in de SuperCircle om hun werk optimaal te kunnen doen. Hoe ziet het Center of Expertise eruit?

Je komt terecht in een team van 16 personen verdeeld over 5 pijlers. Het Quality Assurance Squad bestaat uit 3 Kwaliteitsexperts, het Bezwaarteam bestaande uit 5 members, het Improving Squad met 3 Employee Journey & Change Consultants, het Squad Analytics met 3 data-analisten en het WFM squad met 3 Workforce Management members.

Elk Squad werkt onafhankelijk aan hun eigen backlog. Maar aangezien er onderlinge afhankelijkheden zijn, is afstemming binnen de CoE erg belangrijk. Elke 2 weken is er een sprintwissel, eindigend met een demo voor onze stakeholders.

Wat ga je doen?

· Zelfstandig oppakken van middelgrote en grote changeverzoeken.

· Oppakken van complex terugkerende periodieke werkzaamheden: het begeleiden van IT-changes van systemen die we gebruiken.

· Samen met andere teams van de Tribe bijdragen in multidisciplinaire trajecten.

· Het prioriteren van de werkzaamheden binnen de pijler, maar ook tussen de pijlers (veel werk wordt gedaan als ondersteuning van andere pijlers).

· Productowner werkzaamheden (o.a. werkverdeling binnen en tussen de pijler optimaliseren, sparringpartner LT tav prioritering en inhoudelijke keuzes en voortgang).

· Stakeholdermanagement binnen de SuperCircle en de Tribe.

· Learning & development inrichten voor onze medewerkers.

· Talent policy.

· Wijzigingsbeheer: Betrokken bij het bouwen en onderhouden van applicaties.

· Creativiteit om nieuwe employee journeys en customer journeys te ontwerpen.

· Het verzorgen van Demo's, Roadmapsessies.

· Coachen van andere collega’s binnen het CoE (o.a. bij projecten/changeverzoeken).

Specifieke kennis en ervaring

· HBO/WO-diploma.

· Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

· Gevorderde Projectmanagement en Lean-ervaring.

· Experimenteren als methodiek wordt onderdeel van het werk.

· Vanuit stakeholdermanagement weet jij de juiste verbindingen te leggen waarin verbeteringen over teams en Tribe heen worden geïnitieerd.

· Kennis en vaardigheden omtrent HR-beleid.
