Team Leader ODCR

NG Solutions Investment Management (‘ISIM’) is looking for a Team Leader Operational Design, Control & Resilience (ODCR) (m/f) to support the current and planned developments of its activities in Luxembourg and abroad.

Your working environment

ISIM is a subsidiary of ING Luxembourg. ISIM benefits from the status of a “Super ManCo” as it has the licenses to manage both UCITS and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).

ISIM oversees Investment Funds (mainly UCITS) distributed by ING Group entities.

Launched in 2014, ISIM is the ManCo of ING Group and is pursuing its development as a key tool for Investment Fund solutions within ING Group.

ISIM is looking for a Team Leader ODCR to reinforce its team in the context of the development of its activity.

Job description

ODCR is a new ING department that started in September 2022. Among other tasks, ODCR provides ING leaders a complete overview of all control and resilience requirements for their respective domains and processes. Furthermore, ODCR designs and develops frameworks and methodologies for 1LoD control & resilience topics like sourcing and operational resilience.

As Team Leader ODCR you will manage the ODCR team, report to senior management within ISIM and in collaboration with various teams of ISIM and ING, you will be responsible and actively contribute to the missions of the ODCR team, in particular:

Team Management

• Being responsible for the management of the ODCR Team within ISIM  

• Reporting straight to Sr Mngt within ISIM on the ODCR activities 

Sourcing and Shared Services

• Coordination of all sourcing arrangements and requirements

• Quality control (QC) of all sourcing arrangements

• Third party & intragroup monitoring (TIPM) of all sourcing arrangements

• Risk monitoring for all sourcing risks and CAS-related issues

Resilience & Continuity

• Risk monitoring for all sourcing risks and CAS-related issues

Process Management

• Risk monitoring for all sourcing risks and CAS-related issues

IT operations

• Oversight of intragroup IT sourcing

• Coordination of IT operational aspects and requirements
