At ING we are looking for an Unsecured Lending Project Manager

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Unsecured Lending Project Manager to join our Easy Financing Tribe

The responsibility of this team is to increase our portfolio of personal loans by adding new clients and maintaining existing ones, by developing a line of attractive, competitive and easy products and services.

You will help us to develop new customer features, seamless customer processes and new enablers to be faster in future developments.

Additionally, you will work on improving the processes linked to our activity.

Your key responsibilities:

As an Unsecured Lending Project Manager you will:

  • Have an end-to-end responsibility to provide customers with the most reliable and innovative way to manage their financing needs with us, focusing on delivering the new products and services when and how they need them, while leveraging the obsession with the brand and the banking customer.
  • On the other hand, you will be responsible for developing new banking processes or improving existing ones (core banking process or digital ones) to optimize the services we provide to our customers and, additionally, meet our commitments to them.
  • Be the “Business Guardian” of your product/service working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.
  • Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to achieve the initiatives that respond to the vision, strategy and road map of ING Spain.
  • You are passionate about improving the customer’s experience in the different channels and have a broad knowledge on products and services strategy.
  • Have a data mindset, you observe what happens around you and what we are building and challenge or adapt if we are not going in the right direction.
  • Work in Agile teams, focusing always in delivering value to our customers in a fast way while continuously improving the way we work.
  • Be also an active member of a Chapter supporting in improving the way of working and where you work on your craftsmanship.
  • Be a team player. You are actively involved in the maintenance, development and realization of (new) services & functionalities. As an expert, you will deliver all the necessary business know-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared Tribe purpose.
  • You will report to a Chapter Lead.

  • Master or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector
  • Strong experience as Project manager, backlog management, roadmap refinement with a minimum of 5 years
  • With knowledge of core banking systems and process.
  • Risk Management skills, identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project execution.
  • With an excellent ability to manage deadlines; efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
  • With product management skills linked to unsecured lending products: personal loans and credit card
  • Understanding processes from an IT point of view
  • Strong digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Customer focused and results-oriented person
  • Great organizational, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to make effective presentations: effective story telling, excellent power point skills.
  • Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker
  • Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude.
  • With strong knowledge about Agile Wow
  • Problem solving and strategic mindset
  • Good team player, willing to collaborate with different people
  • Very good oral and written English skills

Buscamos una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a laTribu de Easy Financingcomo Project Manager de Préstamos Personales.

Este equipo tiene como misión ampliar nuestra cartera de préstamos personales, atrayendo nuevos clientes y fidelizando a los actuales, a través de productos y servicios atractivos, competitivos y fáciles de usar.

Tu papel será clave para desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades para clientes, procesos ágiles y habilitadores que nos permitan acelerar futuros desarrollos. Además, trabajarás en la mejora continua de los procesos vinculados a nuestra actividad.

Tus responsabilidades principales:

Como Project Manager de Préstamos Personales, tendrás:

  • Responsabilidad end-to-end para ofrecer a nuestros clientes la forma más fiable e innovadora de gestionar sus necesidades de financiación, entregando los productos y servicios que necesitan, cuando los necesitan, y siempre con foco en la experiencia de cliente y la marca ING.
  • Responsabilidad en el desarrollo de nuevos procesos bancarios o en la mejora de los existentes (tanto core como digitales), optimizando los servicios que ofrecemos y cumpliendo nuestros compromisos con los clientes.
  • Serás el/la “Business Guardian” de tu producto/servicio, colaborando con equipos de Riesgos, Compliance y Legal para asegurar que todo cumple con la normativa y políticas internas.
  • Trabajarás de forma cercana con clientes y stakeholders clave para impulsar iniciativas alineadas con la visión, estrategia y roadmap de ING España.
  • Te apasiona mejorar la experiencia del cliente en todos los canales y tienes una visión amplia sobre estrategia de productos y servicios.
  • Tienes mentalidad de datos: observas lo que ocurre a tu alrededor y lo que estamos construyendo, y propones cambios si ves que no vamos en la dirección correcta.
  • Formarás parte de equipos Agile, siempre enfocados en entregar valor al cliente de forma rápida y en mejorar continuamente nuestra forma de trabajar.
  • También serás parte activa de un Chapter, contribuyendo a mejorar la forma de trabajar y desarrollando tu expertise.
  • Eres una persona colaborativa. Participas activamente en el mantenimiento, desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos servicios y funcionalidades. Como experto/a, aportarás todo el conocimiento y habilidades necesarias dentro de los Squads para cumplir el propósito compartido de la Tribu.
  • Reportarás a un/a Chapter Lead.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria (Grado o Máster) y al menos 5 años de experiencia en el sector bancario.
  • Experiencia sólida en gestión de proyectos, gestión de backlog y definición de roadmap.

  • Capacidad para identificar y mitigar riesgos en entornos offshore.
  • Gestión eficiente de tiempos y entregas.
  • Experiencia en productos de financiación sin garantía: préstamos personales y tarjetas de crédito.

  • Pensamiento digital, analítico y estratégico.
  • Orientación a resultados y foco en la persona cliente.
  • Habilidades comunicativas orales y escritas.
  • Capacidad para realizar presentaciones eficaces.

  • Autonomía, iniciativa y actitud positiva.
  • Conocimiento profundo de metodologías ágiles.
  • Mentalidad estratégica y resolutiva.
