You’ll be joining a team within Wholesale Banking Tech – Trade who is responsible in keeping the lights on for the bank and digitizing trade at the same time.

What challenges await you

Designing and implementing user stories:

• Configuring TI+ application using TI+ applications such as:
  • System tailoring
  • Static data maintenance
  • Security application
• Designing and testing software customizations
• Support PO’s and architects maintaining the application roadmap

Designing, implementing, and maintaining integration with other applications:

• End to end process design
• E2E coordination and implementation of interfaces or APIs
• End to end data flow desig
• Data mapping
• Designing and executing test scenarios

Resolve customer and user issues by:

• Incident / problem analysis
• Providing input for improved work instructions
• Liaising with other teams & departments to resolve application integration issues

Work with Finastra to:

• Request, test and accept new features delivered by Finastra.
• Raise service requests, test and accept resolutions provided by Finastra

Creating and maintenance of TI+ documents using document template utility:

• Creating templates
• Field and clause mapping

Quality Assurance:

• Documenting solutions
• Functional testing
• Supporting user acceptance tests
• Designing and supporting regression tests
• Supporting regular (SOX) audits by corporate audit services

Knowledge

• Good generic banking knowledge (including compliance, risk, KYC)
• Excellent mastery of trade finance products (Guarantees / undertakings, LC’s, collections, reimbursements etc.)
• SWIFT
• Excellent (certified, preferably hands on experience) knowledge of:
  • TI+ application configuration (system tailoring)
  • Security application
  • Static data maintenance
• Agile
