Marketing Expert Campaign & Coordination (Maternity Cover)

Overview

Cerchiamo un Marketing Expert per una sostituzione maternità che unisca capacità operative e visione strategica per coordinare le campagne marketing across tutti i prodotti ING.
Una figura che sappia muoversi con agilità sia nel day-by-day delle campagne sia nel mantenere coerenza, allineamento e armonia tra tutte le iniziative del team.

Il tuo obiettivo: garantire che ogni campagna — dai prodotti bancari agli investimenti — racconti una storia unica, 100% ING.

Responsabilità principali

Campaign Management

• Gestire campagne di prodotto end-to-end (brief, creative development, produzione, go-live).
• Lavorare su iniziative multicanale garantendo messaggi chiari, bold e customer-friendly.
• Collaborare con team creativi e product owner per sviluppare materiali coerenti e ingaggianti.

Coordinamento Cross-Product

• Mantenere una visione di insieme del piano marketing, integrando campagne provenienti da diverse aree (conti, carte, mutui, prestiti, investimenti, trading, advisory).
• Assicurare che ogni attività sia allineata alla brand identity, al tono ING e agli obiettivi strategici.

Brand Coherence & Governance

• Monitorare e garantire la consistenza del messaggio su tutti i touchpoint: sito, app, email.
• Curare la qualità dei copy, la coerenza visiva e la semplificazione del linguaggio.
• Essere il punto di riferimento interno per domande su allineamento, tono di voce e approccio comunicativo.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborare con diversi team interni (marketing, digital, CRM, product, compliance, data) per assicurare un flusso di lavoro efficace e trasparente.
• Tenere aggiornati stakeholder su progresso, performance e criticità.
• Facilitare momenti di coordinamento periodici per avere sempre un quadro unificato delle attività.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Analizzare risultati delle campagne, identificare aree di miglioramento e proporre ottimizzazioni.
• Condividere insight interni per migliorare il lavoro dell’intero team.
• Portare nuove ispirazioni, benchmark e idee creative per evolvere il modo in cui comunichiamo.
• Gestione e update di fornitori e budget

Competenze richieste

Must-have

• Esperienza nel marketing o brand.
• Capacità di gestire contemporaneamente più campagne e iniziative.
• Forte attitudine al coordinamento e al project management.
• Capacità di mantenere visione d’insieme anche in contesti dinamici.
• Ottimo copywriting e sensibilità di brand.

Nice-to-have

• Esperienza in team cross-funzionali o in ruoli di “hub” tra più product team.
• Familiarità con funnel multicanale e logiche di conversion marketing.
• Background in brand management.

• Visione strategica combinata con operatività.
• Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di prioritizzazione.
• Mentalità collaborativa e orientata alla relazione.
• Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e sensibilità per coerenza narrativa.
