KYC Analyst (Maternity Leave)

La risorsa, inserita all’interno dell’area KYC 1st line, è responsabile dell’analisi di Transaction Monitoring, ovvero il monitoraggio delle transazioni post-esecuzione, al fine di individuare comportamenti sospetti o potenziali attività di riciclaggio e finanziamento del terrorismo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Esegue le analisi di Post Transaction Monitoring, al fine di individuare comportamenti anomali, sospetti o potenziali attività di riciclaggio e finanziamento del terrorismo, fino all’invio di posizioni meritevoli di approfondimento alla Funzione Antiriciclaggio, per la valutazione della predisposizione di una SOS (segnalazione di operazione sospetta) al UIF (unità di informazione finanziaria).
• Opera nel rispetto e in aderenza ai processi e procedure definiti,  sia locali che di Gruppo, e della normativa AML/CFT, mantenendosi in costante aggiornamento circa le evoluzioni normative e best practice di settore.
• Contribuisce al miglioramento continuo dei processi fornendo feedback operativi e possibili soluzioni in caso di eventuali inefficienze o anomalie ricorrenti.
• Gestisce in autonomia le attività assegnate, assicurando accuratezza, riservatezza e tempestività nell’analisi.
• Interagisce e collabora con il team e con il Manager, al fine di garantire un costante presidio sulle attività ed un aggiornamento sull’operatività quotidiana.

Educational and experience Qualifications:

• Laurea triennale/magistrale preferibilmente in materie economiche/giurdiche
• Conoscenza delle principali attività di Customer Due Diligence della clientela e di Post Transactions Monitoring  nell’ambito delle verifiche antiriciclaggio
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
• Ottima conoscenza pacchetto office
• Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi
