About the position:

The Lending and Sectors Rotational Program empowers early-career professionals to build technical expertise and industry insight to prepare for a successful career at ING. Over the course of 18 months, analysts participate in three, six-month rotations where they will gain exposure to the lifecycle of a deal and understand how to serve clients, showcasing the ING difference. Analysts will get hands-on experience of what is involved in the day-to-day role as a team member in the Portfolio Management, Transaction Management and Sectors teams.

Throughout the program, analysts are challenged to expand their network and think critically about their progress and performance through ongoing developmental conversations and opportunities for continued learning. At the end of the 18 months, program participants will be evaluated for full-time placement based on performance and business need.

About the department:

ING is seeking entry-level employees that are keen to kickstart their careers in the banking industry. Analysts will report directly to the Head of Analytics & Change Management with opportunities to train alongside their cohort while also benefiting from 1:1 career guidance and developmental conversations. Responsibilities (dependent upon rotation can include):
