We're looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you'll play a key part in evolving our Health, Safety & Wellbeing framework, strengthening psychosocial risk management, enhancing governance and compliance practices, and embedding a proactive wellbeing culture across the organisation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to shape the future direction of Health, Safety & Wellbeing and help create positive outcomes for our employees every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead the ongoing development and maturity of our Health, Safety & Wellbeing framework, management systems and governance practices.

• Drive psychosocial risk and hazard management initiatives, including assessments, controls and organisation-wide wellbeing programs.

• Influence and partner with senior leaders to strengthen accountability and embed a positive safety culture across the business.

• Oversee workers' compensation and injury management programs to support positive employee and business outcomes.

• Manage health and safety risks across suppliers, contractors and third-party engagements while driving a risk-based approach to safety management.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive Health, Safety & Wellbeing experience, ideally within banking, insurance, financial services or another complex corporate environment.

• Proven capability in risk management, safety governance, compliance frameworks, policies and management systems.

• Experience managing psychosocial hazards and supporting wellbeing initiatives.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage leaders at all levels of an organisation.

• A strategic mindset, commercial acumen and genuine passion for creating safe, healthy and high-performing workplaces.
