We’re on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in banking to make a meaningful impact in our Business Banking domain.

As the Marketing Manager – Business Banking at ING Australia, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow the business banking portfolio. This includes turning customer insights into compelling campaigns, managing multi-channel go-to-market plans, and optimizing performance across the full marketing funnel. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver creative, compliant, and data-driven marketing initiatives that support major product launches and drive commercial impact.

What you’ll do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for Business Banking, turning customer and market insights into compelling value propositions and integrated campaigns.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Craft clear, customer-first messaging and creative briefs, collaborating with internal teams and agencies to deliver on-brand, compliant assets.
  • Set and track performance metrics, run experiments, and optimize campaigns using data, attribution models, and marketing mix modelling.
  • Leverage data and AI tools to enhance targeting, creative production, and campaign efficiency while maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring marketing investments deliver commercial impact and align with strategic priorities.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in financial services marketing, ideally within business banking or integrated product marketing.
  • Excellent strategic thinkingwith a builder’s mindset and bias for action.
  • Ability to turn customer insights into compelling, customer-first campaigns that drive commercial impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in performance tracking, experimentation, and marketing optimisation.
  • Creative flair and brand stewardship, with a passion for delivering bold, engaging, and compliant marketing.
