Wat doet een Adviseur Vermogen?

Een Adviseur Vermogen is een goed opgeleide professional met een hoge mate van vakbekwaamheid op inhoud, vaardigheden en competenties op het gebied van financieel advies. Dit advies betreft altijd de totale financiële positie van de klant, transactiegericht, met een primaire focus op vermogensvorming via beleggen. Dit vraagt een diepgaande kennis van, en affiniteit hiermee. Als Adviseur Vermogen ben je onderdeel van de ING Private Banking familie en draag je bij aan de groeiambities die ING Private Banking heeft. Je bent een op-en-top professional. Je staat op met het financiële nieuws en het dagbericht van het ING Investment Office en sluit af met de slotkoersen van de AEX. Vakmanschap is de basis van je adviesgesprekken. Je voert minimaal tien (eerste) adviesgesprekken per week; een deel hiervan wordt voor jou ingepland en (voor) gebeld en verder ben je pro-actief in het zelf genereren van nieuwe afspraken vanuit (interne) netwerk en/of outbound bellen. Daarnaast plan je gemiddeld ook twee vervolggesprekken per week zelf in. Hierdoor kan jij meer klanten helpen, werk je efficiënt en besteed jij maximaal aandacht aan jouw adviesgesprekken. Je hebt daarbij een voorkeur voor “Remote Advice” (via Beeldgesprek), maar voert net zo gemakkelijk en met dezelfde kwaliteit een face-to-face adviesgesprek op een ING Huis. Je werkt dan ook op een ING huis in één van de zes Rayons in combinatie met thuiswerken. Je inspireert klanten t.b.v. digital empowerment en signaleert kansen voor commercie, x-buy (verzekeren) en leads aan andere adviesteams; denk hierbij aan je collega van Private Banking, Wonen of Zakelijk. Maximale impact voor klanten en ING vereist slim agendamanagement, het werken conform “de gouden regels” en het volledig doorgronden van de eigen advies funnel naast conversie optimalisatie en output denken. Met een groei in functieniveau (van FG9 tot en met FG11) komt senioriteit in alle facetten van het vak en extra taken en verantwoordelijkheden.

De rol en verantwoordelijkheden

• Samen met je collega’s in het rayon ben je verantwoordelijk voor realisatie van de groei van de Assets under Management (netto instroom totaal belegd vermogen), X-Buy (verzekeren) en deals op samenwerking met Private Banking, Wonen en Zakelijk.
• Je focus ligt op relaties met minimaal € 100.000 belegd vermogen in beheer.
• Je levert een bovengemiddelde bijdrage aan het acquireren van nieuwe relaties, onder andere door centraal gegeneerde leads, je eigen (bel)activiteiten en (interne) netwerken.
• Je bent in staat conform het transactiemodel in maximaal twee gesprekken de klant te leren kennen, zijn of haar vertrouwen te winnen en geef je een breed financieel advies met een focus op beleggen.
• Je primaire focus ligt op de Affluent doelgroep, waarbij het vermogensadvies laagdrempelig dient te zijn. ‘Overtuigen’ van de noodzaak om te gaan beleggen en vertrouwen geven bij de keuzes daarbij is een belangrijk aspect in advisering aan dit klantsegment.
• Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt op pro-actieve wijze je (interne) netwerk.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een hoogwaardig beleggingsadvies inclusief vastlegging en je handelt in lijn met in- en externe wet- en regelgeving.
• Je identificeert holistische klantbehoeftes en voert strategische klantgesprekken.

Specifieke kennis en ervaring

• Je hebt (minimaal) een afgeronde HBO opleiding.
• Je beschikt over MifID Adviserend en de WFT  diploma’s Basis, CK, Vermogen (of Hypothecair).
• Je bent in staat om klanten zowel via Beeldgesprek als face-to-face te adviseren en te overtuigen.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend in woord en geschrift.
• Je bent een teamplayer.

Wat wordt jouw plek in de organisatie?

Als Adviseur Vermogen Acquisitie rapporteer je aan de Rayon Lead adviesteam Vermogen. Deze functie is specifiek voor het Rayon Zuid West Nederland in onderling overleg wordt bepaald op welk ING Huis jij aan de slag gaat.

An Adviseur Vermogen is a well-trained professional with a high degree of professional competence in content, skills and competencies in the field of financial advice. This advice always concerns the client's total financial position, transaction-oriented, with a primary focus on wealth creation through investing. This requires an in-depth knowledge of, and affinity with, this. As Adviseur Vermogen, you will be part of the ING Private Banking family and contribute to the growth ambitions of ING Private Banking. You are an up-and-coming professional. You get up with the financial news and the daily report from the ING Investment Office and close with the closing prices of the AEX. Professionalism is the basis of your advisory talks. You conduct at least ten (initial) advisory appointments per week; some of these are scheduled and (pre)called for you and you are also proactive in generating new appointments yourself from (internal) network and/or outbound calling. In addition, you plan an average of two follow-up calls per week yourself. This allows you to help more clients, you work efficiently and you pay maximum attention to your consultations. You have a preference for "Remote Advice" (via Beeldgesprek), but you can just as easily and with the same quality conduct a face-to-face advice consultation at an ING House. You work at an ING House in one of the six Rayons in combination with working from home. You inspire customers for digital empowerment and identify opportunities for commerce, x-buy (insurance) and leads to other advisory teams, such as your colleague from Private Banking, Mortgages or Business. Maximum impact for customers and ING requires smart agenda management, working according to "the golden rules" and fully understanding your own advice funnel in addition to conversion optimization and output thinking. With growth in job level (from FG9 to FG11) comes seniority in all facets of the profession and additional duties and responsibilities.

The role and responsibilities

• Together with your colleagues in the region, you will be responsible for realizing the growth of Assets under Management (net inflow of total invested assets), X-Buy (insurance) and deals on collaboration with Private Banking, Mortgages and Business Banking.
• Your focus is on relationships with at least € 100,000 invested assets under management.
• You make an above-average contribution to the acquisition of new clients, including through centrally generated leads, your own (call) activities and (internal) networks.
• In accordance with the transaction model, you are able to get to know the customer in a maximum of two conversations, gain his or her trust and provide broad financial advice with a focus on investing.
• Your primary focus is on the Affluent target group, where the wealth advice should be low-threshold. 'Convincing' the need to start investing and giving confidence in the choices in doing so is an important aspect in advising this client segment.
• You proactively develop and maintain your (internal) network.
• You are responsible for high quality investment advice including documentation and you act in line with internal and external laws and regulations.
• You identify holistic client needs and conduct strategic client discussions.

Specific knowledge and experience

• You have (at least) a completed HBO education.
• You have MifID Advising and the WFT diplomas Basis, CK, Vermogen (or Hypothecair).
• You are able to advise and convince clients via Image Interview as well as face-to-face.
• You are fluent in the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
• You are a team player.
