If you are attracted by the environment of an international company, but you prefer to develop your knowledge within local Facility management, then this position might suit you. You will be looking forward to a small and friendly team of facility specialists. As our team consists of five people, there will still be an opportunity to learn from more experienced colleagues,

We are looking for a new colleague that will help and support us with smooth daily delivering of facility services. This job opportunity is open for University Student with time flexibility (15-20 hours a week)

As facility we are responsible for daily operation and office maintenance with a broad range of support services for employees that ensure the functionality, comfort and safety in the office.

As a new member of a team you will be responsible for:

Admin support to our team members
Helping with database maintenance
Sorting and filing documents
Ordering refreshment for office meetings
Preparing catering in the meeting room
Support with refilling kitchenette supplies (coffee beans, fruit delivery..)
Office present is required (as onsite support is needed)

Our Requirements:

Back-office experience is a plus
Upper intermediate (B2) level in English.
Willingness to cover multiple activities managed in multiple systems.
You are flexible and you feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
Logical thinking and detail orientation

Offered Wage (gross) 7EUR / hour
